Warm Neighbor Contribution Authorization Form
The Warm Neighbor Contribution Authorization Form allows your donations to the Warm Neighbor Project to be billed on your gas and water bill.
About the Warm Neighbor Project
This is a program of the Corinth Gas & Water Department administered by the Alcorn County Welfare Association to provide assistance to elderly and others in distress whose source of heat is subject to termination. Customer's contributions to this fund (minimum of $1.00 per month) can be billed on customer's gas and water bill, or donations may be made at the time of payment. To allow this charge to be billed, customers must complete and sign a Warm Neighbor Contribution Authorization Form. (See form WarmNeighbor.pdf)
