This document is a required agreement between Corinth Gas and Water and the customer requesting that their utility payments be paid by recurring bank draft. This agreement authorizes Corinth Gas and Water to obtain funds for the purpose of paying the customer's utility bill by debiting the bank account specified by the customer.
